Police Service Agreement - RCCEEG
Recommendation to approve a renewal contract for the assignment of one (1) police officer to the Regional Computer Crimes Education and Enforcement Group of Greater St. Louis (RCCEEG). Term of the agreement is April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020 at a cost of $114,963.15.
Police Service Agreement – City of Wilbur Park
Recommendation to approve a full service contract between the City of Wilbur Park and St. Louis County. Term of the agreement is August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 at a cost of $17,304.32.
Professional Service Agreement – Artworks
Recommendation to approve a new contract for the 2017 Byrne Criminal Justice Innovation grant program, which is administered by the Department of Justice. The grant is funding the Castle Point Neighborhood Fear Reduction Program. Part of this program is a partnership with Artworks. The revised contract changes the number of juveniles that Artworks will hire as apprentices from 20 to 30 juveniles. The contract is for up to $126,855 over the court of the grant period, October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020.
Professional Service Agreement – International Association for Property and Evidence, Inc.
Recommendation to approve a new contract for International Association for Property and Evidence, Inc. to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach a program entitled “Property and Evidence Management Training” on November 14-15, 2019 at a cost not to exceed $6,875.
Professional Service Agreement – Kelsey McKay Hohensee
Recommendation to approve a new contract for Kelsey McKay Hohensee to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach a program entitled “Strangulation” on October 4, 2019 at a cost not to exceed $5,300.
2. Certificate of Retirement
Chairman Corvington will present a Certificate of Retirement to Lieutenant John Bielefeld (27 years of service), Police Officer Michael Reis (28 years of service) and Police Officer Jeff Roediger (27 years of service).

- Chief’s Commendation
Chief Belmar will present a Chief’s Commendation to Sergeant Harolton Clayborn, Police Officer Terrence Monroe and Police Officer Aloni Benson.
- Lifesaving Award
Chief Belmar will present a Lifesaving Award to Police Officer Roger Holmes, Police Officer Ed Schlueter, Police Officer Cameron Griego, Police Officer Thomas Reagan and Police Officer Eric Tripp and Jerod Henderson.
- Special Recognition
Chief Belmar will recognize the Department’s partnership with Citizens for Modern Transit.
