meeting for review of claims and lawsuits involving the Police
Department, (Section 610.021(1), R.S.Mo.), discussion of
personnel matters, (Sections 610.021(3) and (13), R.S.Mo.)
and an update on negotiations regarding union negotiations
and personnel issues. (Section 610.021(3), (9) and (13)

1. Police Service Agreement – Special School District
Recommendation to approve an addendum to add one (1) marked police vehicle between the Special School District and St. Louis County. Term of the agreement is July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021 at an annual charge of $75,996.58.

Police Service Agreement – City of Twin Oaks
Recommendation to approve an addendum to add designated police protection and services upon request at an overtime rate to the full service agreement between the City of Twin Oaks and St. Louis County. Term of the agreement is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 at an annual charge of $128,621.33 plus average officer overtime rate with fringes.

2. General Orders
Recommendation to approve the below listed General Order:

G.O. 19-035, Treatment and/or Transportation of Sick or Injured Persons

3. Service Stars and Pins
Chairman Corvington will present service bars and pins to several eligible Department employees.

1. Chief’s Commendation
Chief Belmar will present a Chief’s Commendation to Police Officer Monica Wasem, Public Safety Dispatcher Paul Koehnemann, Police Officer Michael Nickolaus, Detective Timothy Anderer, Detective Chrystal Ruhmann and Police Officer Michael Nicoletti.

2. Lifesaving Award
Chief Belmar will present a Lifesaving Award to Police Officer Paul Hughes.
