Police Service Agreement - Country Club Hills Police Department Recommendation to approve Communications and Computer Assisted Report Entry Service between the City of Country Club Hills and St. Louis County. Term of the agreement is November 1, 2019 through June 30, 2025 at an annual charge of

$12,470.40.

 

Professional Service Agreement - Michael Fagan

Recommendation to approve a new contract for Michael Fagan to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach a program entitled "Constitutional Law At Work-Search and Seizure" throughout the year of 2020 at a cost notto exceed $1,200.

 

Professional Service Agreement - Connie Diekman, Registered Dietitian Recommendation to approve a new contract for Connie Diekman to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach a program entitled "Nutrition for Success and Good Health" throughout the year of 2020 at a cost not to exceed $600.

 

Professional Service Agreement - Michael Fagan

Recommendation to approve a new contract for Michael Fagan to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach a program entitled "Constitutional Law" for Recruit Classes 200, 201, and 202 on January through September 2020 at a cost not to exceed $20,250.00.

 

Professional Service Agreement - Six Layer Concepts & Consulting, LLC Recommendation to approve a new contract for Six Layer Concepts & Consulting, LLC to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach  programs entitled                   "Human  Terrain                     Mapping and  Behavior          Pattern Recognition, Basic Plus Course and Six Layered Concept Squared Behavior Pattern Recognition" on January 8-10, 2020, April 15-17, 2020, and September 2-4, 2020 at a cost not to exceed $8,550.

 

Professional Service Agreement - Applied Police Training & Certification Recommendation to approve a new contract for Applied Police Training & Certification to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with instructor John Bowden to teach programs entitled "Field Training Officer Course" on March 9-13, 2020, May 4-8, 2020, and September 14-18, 2020 at a cost not to exceed $5,500 per each five (5) day session.

 

Professional Service Agreement - Edward J. Delmore

Recommendation to approve a new contract for Edward J. Delmore to provide the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy with an instructor to teach a program entitled "Advanced Criminal Patrol - Boots on the Ground Police Work" on March 26-27, 2020 at a cost not to exceed $5,000.
