On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued charges on suspect Christopher Wagner, 38 years of age, of the 8800 block of Dragonwyck Drive in St. Louis, Missouri 63121, for one count of Domestic Assault First Degree and one count of Armed Criminal Action. Wagner is currently not in custody. A previous mugshot of Wagner is attached.
The probable cause statement reads: On November 6, 2019, in St. Louis County, the defendant and his girlfriend victim broke up. On November 10, 2019, the defendant sent the victim a text stating he was going to kill her. On November 11, 2019, the defendant came to her work and stabbed her repeatedly. The defendant fled the scene and has not been arrested. The victim suffered serious injuries consistent with the assault. The defendant has been identified at the perpetrator of this offense. The stabbing was caught on videotape at the victim’s employment.
Detectives from the St. Louis County Police Department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons – Domestic Violence Unit are conducting the investigation.
