You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Public Safety Dispatcher. You must also be a high school graduate or possess a GED.
Other requirements include a valid state operator's license and must be free from conviction of a Felony or Class "A" Misdemeanor.
Public Safety Dispatchers earn between $40,539 and $64,854 per year.
