Executive Director Julie Wagner, a native of Columbia, Missouri, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Entertainment Management from Missouri State University. With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Julie has worked in both the private and public sectors. In 2018, she obtained her Professional Human Resource (PHR) Certification. Passionate about people, Julie is dedicated to making a positive impact. She resides in Wentzville with her husband, Matt, their four children, and three beloved dogs.
