St. Louis County, MO (October 12, 2023): On Thursday, October 12, 2023, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued charges on suspect Armando Sheti, 27 years of age, of the 700 block of Dace Lane in St. Louis, Missouri 63125, for four counts of Burglary Second Degree and four counts of Misdemeanor Stealing.  Sheti is being held on $5,000 cash only, no 10%, bond.

Please note, charges are merely an accusation and Defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.

The probable cause statement reads: Between the dates of September 9, 2023, and October 5, 2023, multiple business in and around Union Road were burglarized, wherein U.S. Currency or lottery tickets were taken. The burglaries at Tucker’s in the 3900 block of Union Road on September 12, 2023, at 4:30 AM, the Taste of Bosnia in the 3900 block of Union Road on September 12, 2023, at 5:00 AM, and Laguna Grill in the 1300 block of Covington Manor Lane between 2:30 AM and 5:00 AM, were all captured on video. Europe Grocery Store in the 2200 block of Union Road was also burglarized on October 5, 2023, at 4:30 AM, wherein lottery tickets were taken. The tickets were later cashed by the Defendant, wherein he was on video cashing the tickets. Upon interview, the Defendant confessed to burglarizing Europe Grocery Store, along with Tucker’s, Taste of Bosnia, and Laguna Grill.

St. Louis County Police Crimes Against Persons detectives are leading this investigation.
