Woman Killed in Crash on Lewis and Clark Blvd.

St. Louis County, MO (April 8, 2024): The deceased has been identified as Tameka Guy, 48 years of age, of the 1100 block of Hornsby Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri 63147.

 

St. Louis County, MO (April 6, 2024):  St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons detectives and the Accident Reconstruction Unit are investigating a motor vehicle crash in the 9400 block of Lewis and Clark Blvd. that resulted in the death of an adult female.

 

On Friday, April 5, 2024, at 7:35 PM, St. Louis County police officers from the City of Jennings Precinct responded to a call for service for a motor vehicle crash in the 9400 block of Lewis and Clark Blvd.  Arriving officers located three vehicles involved in a crash.

 

Preliminary investigation has revealed the driver of a 2014 Kia Soul was traveling northbound on Lewis and Clark Blvd. when the driver crossed into the southbound lanes, striking two other vehicles.  

 

The driver of the Kia Soul was transported to an area hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries but succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased.  

 

The passenger of the Kia Soul was transported to an area hospital and treated for moderate injuries.  The driver and a passenger in the second vehicle were transported to an area hospital and treated for moderate injuries.  The driver of the third vehicle was not injured. 

 

The investigation is ongoing. Additional information will be disseminated as it becomes available.
